Representatives from youth-led creative network Livity will be holding a session on film-making, discussing a recent project they have been working on with the British Council. During the session they will explore what it is like to produce an international project, working with finances and budgets, creative collaboration across art forms and the different ways people who are interested in filmmaking can create film. They will delve into artistic practice, tone/visual elements of film, the importance of editing and sound design and how to create on any budget. The session will be hosted by Marissa Mireles Hinds, freelance filmmaker/poet and Waseem Sharif, musician and freelance creative for Livity and Streetplayer.
